Finance & Accounts Manager
SideShift.ai, the direct-to-wallet crypto exchange, is hiring a Finance & Accounts Manager.
About Us
- Grown to seven-figure daily volume since launching in 2018.

- Integrations with the likes of Trezor, Bitcoin.com, Edge Wallet and more.
Role
- Own internal accounting: Manage and improve internal accounting, payroll, and other financial admin tasks.
- Collaborate with ops: Work closely with our operations team, ensuring the business continues to run efficiently.
- Room to grow: Eventually take on oversight of corporate financials and monitor the moving parts of the business.
- Report to executive team: Ensure timely, accurate reporting to support strategic decisions.
You
- Experienced: You have worked in finance or accounting roles—ideally in crypto, fintech or high-growth startups.
- Background in business or accounting: You are a mid-to-senior level candidate with a solid foundation in business, finance, or accounting.
- Attention to detail: You enjoy precision and structure. You don't miss a satoshi.
- Crypto-native: From hot wallets to block explorers, you have a solid base level of crypto knowledge.
- Self-directed: You can build systems from scratch or improve them over time.

Salary
- Salary Range: $40,000 USD - $80,000 USD

BD & Sales Lead

SideShift.ai, the direct-to-wallet crypto exchange, is hiring a Head of BD & Sales.
About Us
- Grown to seven-figure daily volume since launching in late 2018.
- Swap 200+ cryptocurrencies across multiple blockchains.
- Integrations with industry leaders such as Trezor, Bitcoin.com, Edge Wallet and more.
Role
- Own the sales pipeline: Identify, contact, and close new integrations across wallets, DeFi, infrastructure providers and more.
- Drive sales in-person: Attend conferences around the world. Build relationships and find new partners.
- Focus on selling: The bulk of your time will be spent reaching out to prospective leads and opening doors to new business.
- Work with the team: Coordinate closely with our devrel for warmer leads and our integrations team who provide technical support once an integration is in the pipeline.
- Identify opportunities: Explore new verticals and unlock untapped volume.
You
- A proven seller: Strong track record in B2B sales, ideally within the crypto space.
- High agency and drive: You take initiative, deliver results and don't need hand-holding.
- Extremely persistent: You keep pushing until you get a no through every contact you can find. To you, the word "no" just means "check-in with me soon".
- Strong communicator: Clear, persuasive and fast to take action.
- Industry knowledge: You understand the crypto landscape and have ideas about how we can grow.
- Elite organisational skills: You are excited to build a rolodex of who's who in the crypto space.
